Marlena "Dezz" Mardigan has over 20 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and executive search. Marlena "Dezz" is currently serving as the Vice President of People at Decisely, a national technology/insurance company. In this role, they are responsible for leading various HR initiatives, including staffing and recruitment, compensation, policy, processes, and employee relations.

Prior to their current role, Mardigan founded and served as the CEO of Mardigan Executive LLC, a certified WBE and MBE firm specializing in HR, executive search, staffing, and recruitment services.
