Merel Olgers is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Universal Music Group since April 2023, Merel previously held the position of Head of HR at Artsen zonder Grenzen (Médecins Sans Frontières, Nederland) from June 2016 to March 2023, overseeing HR operations for over 11,000 staff across 26 mission countries. In earlier roles, Merel has successfully led recruitment and career management strategies, managed teams at Ahold and Philips International, and facilitated significant organizational changes at CSM United Kingdom.
