Donald Moore

Donald Moore has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Donald founded Decision Associates in 1984, a business management consulting firm specializing in strategy, organizational development, executive recruiting, and more. In 2008, they became a partner at Decision Associate M&A, where they provided merger and acquisition services in the tri-state region. Prior to that, they had roles at Spectrum Control as an administrative and manufacturing support manager and Erie Technological Products as a business manager, where they co-managed manufacturing facilities in Erie, PA and Nogales, Mexico.
