Elizabeth Cipolla SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished Executive Consulting Practice Manager at Decision Associates since January 2019, leading a suite of executive consulting services. Prior to this role, Elizabeth founded The Change Agent-SEE Leadership Company, providing organizational development and HR support for small to medium-sized businesses, while also serving as Vice President of Talent Development at Catapult and Vice President of Human Resources at Cobham Mission Systems. Elizabeth's extensive background includes managerial and HR roles across various organizations, along with experience in training and development, coaching, and strategic planning. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and has completed coursework towards a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Gannon University.
