Jessica McCartney is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Jessica serves as the Managing Director of Learning, Scale and Automation at Decision Design, a behavioural consultancy, where the focus is on enhancing the behavioural capabilities of partners' teams. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Marketing Director at the Victorian Department of Health, where responsibilities included reputation management and leading a large team in digital and brand initiatives. Jessica's previous roles encompass significant positions at Deakin University, The Australian Red Cross Blood Service, and WSP Group, showcasing expertise in brand strategy, marketing communications, and public relations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from RMIT University.
