Winona Johnson is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral science, currently serving as Portfolio Lead and Senior Behavioural Scientist at Decision Design since January 2021. Prior to this role, Winona worked at Forethought Research from May 2019 to December 2020, focusing on survey design and collaborating with clients to create quantitative research solutions. Winona also gained experience as a contractor and intern in Behavioral Insights at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Victoria) in early 2019. Winona holds a Master of Applied Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Yarra Valley Grammar.
