Natalia Ibañez

Natalia Ibañez is currently serving as the Senior Evaluation and Data Strategy Officer at Blue Shield of California Foundation since January 2023. Previously, Natalia held multiple roles at Decision Information Resources from January 2015, progressing from Research Associate to Senior Research Associate. At Austin Independent School District from September 2010 to July 2014, Natalia worked as an Evaluation Analyst II, designing and executing evaluations for educational programs, as well as, conducting research as an Evaluation Analyst I. Earlier experience includes serving as an Evaluation Specialist at the University of Texas at Austin, where Natalia evaluated a community engagement arts program. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Additionally, Natalia completed the Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity Scholar program as part of the Expanding the Bench initiative from August 2021 to December 2022.
