Account Manager at Decision Lens

Elise Stephens has a diverse work experience. Elise started their career as a Customer Success Manager at Windward in 2021, where they managed client engagement and provided technical and product support. Elise also conducted analysis and developed data-driven insights for clients. Prior to that, Elise worked at Decision Lens as an Account Manager starting in 2022.

Before joining Windward, Elise worked for the Maryland Army National Guard. Elise started in 2017 as a Public Affairs Specialist, where they researched and disseminated news releases and articles. Elise also created instructional videos for members of the Maryland Army National Guard. Later, they served as a Retention NCO from 2020 to 2021, advising senior leaders on retention policies and serving as an expert on education and incentive programs. Elise also had a role as a Human Resources Specialist from 2018 to 2020, where they audited and maintained data integrity and provided support for the implementation of the Integrated Personnel & Pay System-Army (IPPS-A). Elise is currently a subject matter expert on IPPS-A and is developing a state-level SOP.

Elise Stephens pursued their education at the University of Denver from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and National Security Studies. Prior to that, they attended Saint Joseph's University from 2011 to 2015, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and International Studies.
