Matthew Weir has worked in a variety of customer service and technical support roles since 2019. Matthew began their career at Costco Wholesale before moving on to a role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Best Buy. Matthew then worked at the University of Delaware as a Site Assistant, where they provided technical support for printing operations. Matthew also gained experience as a Consultant - Project Manager at Vegan InMotion, where they updated the client's website and simplified their ordering process. Most recently, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Decision Lens. Throughout their career, Matthew has gained experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Matthew Weir attended Tottenville High School from 2015 to 2018. Matthew is currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Economics and Business Analytics, which they plan to complete at the University of Delaware in 2023. Matthew has obtained several certifications including Excel Crash Course from Corporate Finance Institute®, FactSet Essentials: Derivatives and FactSet Essentials: Portfolio Analysis from FactSet. Matthew also earned the Eagle Scout certification from Boy Scouts of America in June 2018.
