Andrea Patterson

Andrea Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrea started their career at Whitehall Jewellers as a Sales Professional and Assistant Manager from February 2006 to December 2008. Andrea then joined the Mental Health Association of Nebraska as an Employment Specialist, Peer Support & Advocate from December 2008 to July 2010.

In 2011, Andrea began working at Decision Logic | Restaurant Management Software. Andrea started as a Systems Support role from February 2011 to March 2016, where they provided assistance and support for Decision Logic systems. Andrea then became an Implementation Manager from October 2016 to October 2020, leading client implementations and integrations for the company's back office solution.

Andrea's next position at Decision Logic was as an Account Manager from March 2016 to March 2021. In this role, they managed accounts, provided training, handled project management, and contributed to process improvement. Following that, they became a Strategic Account Manager from February 2020 to March 2021, where they focused on maintaining relationships with restaurant and technology partners. Lastly, they were the Director of Accounts from October 2020 to March 2021, collaborating with partners to create solutions and maintaining a strategic role within the organization.

In March 2021, Andrea was promoted to the position of Director of Client Success at Decision Logic. Andrea'sresponsibilities include optimizing the customer journey, defining value for clients, delivering ROI, and developing upselling and cross-selling strategies. Andrea is also involved in aligning and educating client success teams.

Throughout their career, Andrea has gained extensive experience in restaurant technology, operations, strategic account management, and client success.

Andrea Patterson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2003 to 2008. During their time at the university, they specialized in the field of Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. Andrea also pursued a minor in Political Science with a focus on Conflict & Conflict Resolution.
