Balu Somasundaram

Balu Somasundaram has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Balu began their career as a Siebel Lead Consultant at Polaris Software Lab in 2001 and later joined Deloitte Singapore as an EAI Integration Lead in 2004, where they built online and batch interfaces for Siebel PRM application. In 2006, Balu worked as a Senior Siebel CRM Consultant at Optimum Solutions in Singapore before joining Saicon Consultants, Inc in 2007 as a Senior CRM Consultant, where they gathered system requirements, designed technical solutions, and deployed them. In 2011, they joined Kforce Inc as a Senior Siebel Applications Engineer, leading the project team and implementing enhancements using Siebel UCM. Balu then joined Tata Consultancy Services in 2012 as a Consultant - Project Manager, supporting clients in Oracle Siebel CRM and Master Data Management applications. Finally, they joined Decision Minds in 2015, first as a Senior Consultant and then as the Delivery Lead - BI / MDM, where they continue to work.

Balu Somasundaram began their education in 1989, when they pursued an Engineering Diploma in Computer Science from the State Board of Technical Education and Training. Balu completed this program in 1992. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, Somasundaram attended the University of Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce. In 2001, they returned to the University of Madras, this time to pursue a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications, which they completed in 2003. Somasundaram also obtained a certification as a Siebel Certified Consultant from Siebel Systems Inc. in the United States in February 2004.
