Ravi Ramanathan

Ravi Ramanathan is responsible for the company's strategic vision, leadership and day to day operation. Decision Ready was founded when Ravi and other management team members realized there was a tremendous opportunity to help Default Servicers manage the complex compliance processes across their extended organizations.

Ravi has over 18 years of experience in the financial services and real estate finance industry. Prior to Decision Ready, Ravi has held several executive positions with First American Corporation and Ocwen Financial Corporation from 1998 to 2008. Most recently as Executive Vice President of the First American Mortgage Information Services Group responsible for strategy, planning and acquisitions. Previously, Ravi was President of First American's loan processing division which provided business process outsourcing solutions to Fortune 500 lenders.

Before joining First American Corporation, Ravi had overall responsibility for technology and operations of a leading B2B lending supply chain management platform REALTrans, a subsidiary of Ocwen. Ravi has consulted to NASDAQ on trading and reporting systems. At Computer Associates he was responsible for creating and operating their NetHaven Internet division.

Ravi received his Ph.D in Engineering in October 1994 from the University of Maryland at College Park and completed his Bachelors in Engineering in 1991 from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India.
