Ehsan Khodabandeh

Ehsan Khodabandeh is a Principal Operations Research Scientist at Decision Spot, with a concurrent role as an Adjunct Lecturer at the McCormick School of Engineering. Ehsan's professional history includes positions at Coupa Software as a Principal Data Scientist and Algorithms Architect, where significant contributions were made to multi-attribute transportation optimization models. Previous experience includes roles as an Operations Research Scientist and Algorithm Architect at Opex Analytics, focusing on analytical solutions for various clients, and several positions in operations research and analysis in different organizations, including GE Appliances and Norfolk Southern Corporation. Ehsan holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Sharif University of Technology and Iran University of Science and Technology, respectively.
