Blake Hair

Blake Hair currently serves as the Director of Product & Engineering at DecisionRx, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Blake held positions as Software Development Manager at hc1 and Software Engineering Manager at 3Aware, both from May 2023 to November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Software Engineer at 120Water and Terminus: Account-Based Marketing, and as Lead Frontend Engineer at Sigstr. Blake also worked as a Platform Engineer at Emplify and as a Software Engineer at The Digital Corps. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ball State University, attended from 2009 to 2015. Blake has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to develop and release software for both web and mobile platforms, focusing on addressing the needs of universities and local businesses.
