Kristin Dabney

Kristin Dabney joined Decisions in October 2021 and has over two decades of business and HR experience leading global HR teams in high-growth, private equity environments. Prior to joining Decisions, Kristin was the Global Vice President of Human Resources at HireRoad, a global HR SaaS company. Kristin has also held HR leadership positions at Community Brands and Primatics Financial (now SS&C Primatics), where she was responsible for developing and leading the people strategies. Kristin holds a BBA from Oklahoma Baptist University, is a Newfield Certified Professional Coach, and has her CliftonStrengths® Coach certification from Gallup, Inc.
