Thomas Olsen

Thomas Olsen is a Consultant at DecisionWise. Thomas has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Polaris Industries, where they supported three business segment presidents with 300+ employees, led a sales team change management project, and implemented a restructure of the corporate marketing team. Additionally, they have served as a Total Rewards Analyst and an HR Business Partner at Cisco and Qualtrics.

Thomas holds an MBA from BYU's Marriott School of Management. During their time as an MBA intern at Cisco, they worked on a project to streamline the new hire onboarding process. Thomas also has experience in account management and customer success consulting.

In their current role at DecisionWise, Thomas consults with clients on organizational development and change management. Thomas partners with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored solutions that help them achieve their desired outcomes. Through their work, Thomas has helped clients improve communication, increase employee engagement, and navigate change successfully.

Olsen began their educational career by obtaining an Associate's Degree in Business from Ensign College. Thomas then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a strategy emphasis from Brigham Young University. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Strategic Human Resources from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
