Zach Poulsen

Zach Poulsen is a seasoned professional in technology operations and client management, currently serving as the VP of Technology Operations at DecisionWise since September 2017. In this role, Zach oversees internal software development teams and processes, having previously directed client operations and led teams in project management and client success. Earlier experience includes technical implementation as an Implementation Specialist and client project management. Prior roles at At Home Group Inc. and Fujitsu Network Communications provided Zach with a foundation in customer support and sales order processes. Zach's commitment to leadership was exemplified during a missionary assignment with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, overseeing the wellbeing and training of fellow missionaries. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University.
