Namrata Shrivastav has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they worked as a Business Development Manager at both Deck 7 and Machintel, where they focused on lead acquisition and multi-channel marketing. From June 2022 to August 2022, they served as a Marketing Executive at Arrivae. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Community Moderator from October 2020 to November 2021.

Namrata Shrivastav pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (BBA(CA)) from MIT World Peace University from 2017 to 2020. Following this, they enrolled at Dr D Y Patil Institute of Management Studies (DYPIMS) to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and HR.
