Adam Little

Director of PMO at Deck Commerce

Adam Little has held a variety of roles in the eCommerce and online marketing industries since 2007. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Top Gun Customz, starting as a Graphic Web Designer and eventually becoming the Director of Marketing. From 2015 to 2018, they were Systems & Data Lead and Product Data Specialist at Driven Products LLC. In 2018, they became Ecommerce Project Manager and Order Fulfillment Manager at Overdrive Brands, LLC. In 2021, they were hired as Digital Project Manager at Tombras and quickly promoted to Director of the Project Management Office at Deck Commerce. In these roles, Adam Little has utilized Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming, and traditional project management to create workflows and improve the organization. Adam has also led teams in the launch and creation of multiple 1st party branded items for sale on all selling platforms, created processes to admin and monitor KPIs for multiple projects, and launched a robust project tracking software.

Adam Little obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Design and Applied Arts from ITT Technical Institute USA in 2009. Adam also holds four certifications: Certified Agile Leadership For Teams (CAL-T) from the Scrum Alliance in 2022, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) from the Scrum Alliance in 2022, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2022, and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021.
