Breann Burke

Breann Burke, GPHR, currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at DECKED since November 2023. Prior to this role, Breann held several significant positions at Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P., including Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager, from March 2017 to November 2023, and previously served as the Sr. International Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2015. Breann also worked as Human Resources Director at Nederman from 2016 to March 2017 and began a career in human resources at DynCorp International, holding roles such as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, and Sr. Human Resources Generalist from June 2006 to September 2013. Breann holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from Texas Woman's University.
