Dayanand Barage has over 17 years of experience in the technology and retail sectors, currently serving as Technical Lead and Software Solutions Architect at Deckers Brands since July 2014. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to design well-architected software solutions for Retail Systems and leveraging new technology features to enhance business value. Previously, Dayanand held roles as Senior Business Systems Analyst and Business Systems Analyst at Deckers Brands, focusing on system solutions and continuous improvement initiatives for the retail channel within a global context. Prior experience at Infosys Technologies Ltd as Technology Lead involved overseeing stages of the Software Development Life Cycle and ensuring high-quality code deliverables. Dayanand holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering Karad and a B.E. from Shivaji University.
