Jean-Luc Diard

Jean-Luc Diard is a seasoned executive in the sporting goods industry, currently serving as Global VP Innovation at Deckers Outdoor Corporation since January 2016, where responsibilities include driving product innovation for brands such as UGG, Teva, Hoka, Sanuk, and Koolabura. Diard co-founded Hoka Oneone in August 2008, where growth from zero to nearly $100 million in sales was achieved within five years. As President of Outdoor Sports Valley since May 2009, Diard leads an association of 350 outdoor brands to enhance operational efficiencies. Previous roles include SVP Business Development at Tecnica Group and a prominent executive position at Amer Sports Corporation and Salomon Group, where transformation initiatives drove significant brand expansions and profit growth. Diard holds an MBA from ESCP Business School and a certification as a National Ski Instructor.
