Jennifer Fleming serves as the Senior Director of Global Consumer Insights and Strategy at Deckers Brands since November 2011, after progressing through various roles including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Analyst, and Analyst in the Global Consumer Insights team. In this capacity, Jennifer leads the development of consumer and market understanding to inform strategic planning and decision-making across the organization, emphasizing a consumer-centric approach and collaboration with multiple departments. Prior to Deckers Brands, Jennifer held positions at The Territory Ahead as a Merchandise Planning Analyst and at Lieberman Research Worldwide as a Research Associate and Marketing Assistant. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Principia College, with minors in Dance and Asian Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
