Julianna Isaacs currently serves as the Director of Product Development for HOKA Apparel at Deckers Brands, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Julianna accumulated extensive experience in the apparel industry, including a tenure at Columbia Sportswear from April 2016 to December 2023 as a Senior Product Development Manager and Sr. Materials Researcher. Julianna's earlier experience includes leadership roles at The S Group as Director of Development/Innovation, product execution management at Nike for Global Nike Pro, and senior apparel development at Under Armour. Julianna also held positions at adidas and ADIDAS AMERICA as LO Merchandising Manager and Apparel Developer, respectively. Julianna Isaacs earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Otis College of Art and Design between 1990 and 1994.
