Kurt Lipson boasts extensive experience in operations and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the UC Santa Barbara PaCE Customer Experience Certificate Program since December 2020, Kurt also holds the position of Director for Global Direct-to-Consumer Operations at Deckers Brands since July 2019, after advancing from Senior Manager in the same company from 2015 to 2019. Previous roles include Store Strategies at Apple (2012-2015), General Manager for Subway at DASH BRANDS LTD (2007-2012), and Operations Manager at The CaBa Group (2006-2007). Earlier in the career, Kurt contributed as an Associate Product Manager at Answer Financial Inc (2003-2005) and worked as an E-Commerce Account Analyst/Customer Service Representative at Bizbuyer.com Inc (2000-2001). Kurt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2003.
