Prior to this role, Philip held various leadership positions in costing and production, including Director of Costing & Production at Marc Fisher Footwear, and Directors of Costing at Jimlar and GBMI. Early career roles include Costing Manager at Skechers and Development/Costing/Production Manager at Reebok. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Hamilton College, completed in 1997, and has foundational education from Phillips Exeter Academy.
