Samuel Wiand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property and asset management. Currently serving as the Branch Manager and previously as Assistant Manager at Decks and Docks Lumber Company since February 2022, Samuel also holds significant roles at EquiAlt (Receivership) as an Asset Manager - Content Developer since November 2020, where responsibilities include facilitating high-value asset sales and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, Samuel acts as Property Manager for Perro Dogo Properties, overseeing commercial retail properties, and has prior experience as an Agent at Moglia Advisors and Client Liaison for Guerra King.
