Jerel Lim

Jerel Lim is the Chief Executive Officer and a board member of DECODE, a nonprofit focused on democratizing knowledge and opportunities around tech entrepreneurship. They also serve as a Limited Partner at IOVC, an early-stage investor based in Silicon Valley. They previously served as General Manager at General Leasing Pte Ltd from 2016 to 2023, overseeing daily operations and multiple departments. They sit on the Board of Directors at Custos Technologies since 2023. They earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley (2010–2013).
