Julia Polk

Julia Polk is the founder of NVC Consulting, where Julia serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership teams. Julia is also the co-founder and executive advisor of Decode Health, a healthcare AI company. Julia is a board member and executive committee member at Launch Tennessee and Shep Digital Solutions. Julia was also a co-founder and board member at IQuity, Inc., which later merged with Decode Health. In addition, Julia has held advisory and mentorship roles at various companies and organizations, including XOEye Technologies, Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and Change Healthcare Corporation. With a background in mathematics from Vanderbilt University, Julia has a wealth of experience in leadership and strategic roles within the healthcare and technology industries.
