Michele Hart-Henry is currently an advisor at Decode Health, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Strategist at Trouble Group from December 2018 to February 2021. As the lead regional executive, they oversaw all business operations and strategy, blood collections, production and distribution, with four physical locations, six mobile collections teams and more than 30 community-based sites. Direct reports included all functional areas: Marketing and Donor Engagement, HR, IT and Data Analytics, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, PMO and Technical Services. The position was eliminated post-merger.
Michele Hart-Henry holds a certificate in business analytics from The Wharton School, a master's degree in organizational management from Notre Dame of Maryland University, and a bachelor's degree in communications from Penn State University. Michele also holds a certificate in corporate community relations from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
