Paul Owen

Paul Owen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare innovation and management. Currently serving as CEO Partner at Flagship Pioneering and President and CEO at YourBio Health, Owen has played a key role in developing the world’s first push-button blood collection technology, TAP®. Owen also holds advisory and board positions at several organizations, including Decode Health, Spesana, Oncodea, and OpalGenix, focusing on healthcare AI, patient care optimization, and pain management solutions. Owen's commitment to social impact is evident through involvement with The Redemption Project, which supports inmate mentorship and employment opportunities. Owen earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
