Meredith Castellani is a Senior Director of Media Solutions at Decoded Advertising, previously working at Noble People and The Media Kitchen in various roles within media planning and strategy. Prior to that, Meredith gained experience as an intern at Young Consulting Group LLC where Meredith contributed to developing brand strategies for various businesses. Meredith also has experience in editorial roles at UDress Magazine and Niche Media, as well as teaching assistance at the University of Delaware. Additionally, Meredith has interned at NBCUniversal, Inc., worked as a participant on Ketchum's Mindfire, and served as the New Member Orientation Chair for Alpha Xi Delta. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Mass Communication Major with an Advertising Minor from the University of Delaware.
