Dayna O'Brien

Dayna O'Brien, SPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at DecoPac, Inc., a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dayna worked at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota for nearly a decade, progressing from General Manager overseeing a $2.5 million retail operation to Employee Experience Specialist, providing crucial HR support and resolving employee inquiries. Dayna's earlier experience includes roles at Wal-Mart as Co-Manager, focusing on store budget and financial performance, and at Target, holding positions as Executive Team Leader in logistics and assets protection, as well as a District Administrative Assistant, managing HR processes. Dayna holds a BA in Political Science/Youth Studies from the University of Minnesota, a MS in Administration, Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Human Resource Compliance at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
