Manny San Miguel serves as the Chief Financial Officer at DecoPac, Inc. since June 2025 and is a Board Member at Lewis Tree Service, a leading vegetation management company. Previously, Manny held the position of Chief Financial Officer at AmesburyTruth, where responsibilities included revitalizing the leadership team and advancing key initiatives for a $750M global business. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at QualiTech, Manny formulated and led growth strategies that resulted in a successful sale to private equity. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager and Board Chairman of Business Solutions at CHS, where a focus was placed on driving profitability and growth, as well as holding several finance leadership roles at PepsiAmericas, culminating as Head of Global Corporate Planning. Manny began a career in accounting and auditing with Arthur Andersen after earning a BA in Accounting and Marketing from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus.
