Aron Paul Gonzales

Aron Paul Gonzales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Lead Hand and Machine Operator at Decor Cabinets Ltd since September 2018, Aron previously held the position of Process Engineer 2 at Molex Integrated Products Philippines Inc. from July 2013 to August 2018. Prior to that, Aron worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Amertron from March 2006 to February 2013, where responsibilities included supervising process engineers and driving improvements in processes and systems. Aron Paul Gonzales holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tarlac State University, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
