Mr. Meador has more than 25 years of experience in the Federal and Private Sectors. Mr. Meador holds a BBA from Baylor University, a MBA from the University of Incarnate Word, and an MS in Management of Technology from the University of Texas. He currently holds management and technology industry certifications including CCP, CBM, CISSP, CPHIMS, FEA, PMP, SOACP.

Before the creation of Decypher, Mr. Meador provided leadership as an IT transformation leader to both national and international corporate organizations in the Federal, Finance, and Insurance markets. Under Mr. Meador’s strategic and innovative direction, Decypher has grown from a startup company to a successful nation-wide consulting firm and has been recognized with enumerable highly coveted business and community awards.
