Amit Pradhan

Amit Pradhan has over 23 years of extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving in an Operations role at Dedicated Healthcare Services TPA (India) Pvt. Ltd. since September 2009, overseeing key processes such as Enrollment, Call Centre, Claims, and MIS, along with ancillary functions including HR & Admin and digitalization of records. Prior to this, Amit held a Team Lead position at Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance Co. from February 2007 to September 2009, where supervision of policy maintenance and coordination with hospitals was key, managing a team of 15 staff members. Amit's career began at Paramount Health Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd., where from February 2000 to February 2007, management of data enrolment and a large team was essential for maintaining the mediclaim database for various insurance companies. Amit holds a Licentiate degree in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
