Kelsey Bigler

Kelsey Bigler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kelsey began their career as a Sales Associate and Lead Brand Representative at Justice in 2012, where they were responsible for maintaining store standards, providing customer service, and handling transactions. In 2014, they were promoted to Lead Brand Representative, taking on additional responsibilities such as monitoring sales goals and managing employee conflicts.

In 2012, Kelsey also worked as a Horseback Riding Instructor and Animal Caretaker at Tall Pine Stables. Kelsey instructed students in riding skills and equine caregiving, while also caring for the stable and its horses.

Moving forward, Kelsey joined ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) as a Sales Lead in 2016 before transitioning to Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. in 2017. At Dedicated Nursing Associates, they initially served as a Corporate Recruiter before being promoted to Director of Corporate Recruiting. In this role, they expanded the Corporate Recruiting team and successfully recruited and onboarded over 800 internal employees. Kelsey also demonstrated exceptional talent management skills by overseeing recruitment resources company-wide and fostering strong collaborations with hiring managers and executives.
