Kathy Pliszka

Kathy Pliszka currently serves as the Director of Corporate Recruiting for Sagility, where leadership involves selecting corporate talent for a tech-enabled healthcare business process management company focused on enhancing operations and promoting health equity. Prior to this role, Kathy owned True Indigo Enterprises LLC, providing consulting services to establish Human Resource and Recruiting Departments for a start-up processing plant. Kathy has also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Care Initiatives, successfully establishing a centralized recruiting team and significantly increasing applications and hires. Additionally, Kathy worked with Teleperformance, leading talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, and Jamaica. Educationally, Kathy holds a BA in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
