Carl Landrum

Carl Landrum has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Carl currently serves as the VP of Civilian Programs & Strategy at Dedrone, a leading provider of Smart Airspace Security. Prior to this, they co-founded Landrum Strategies, LLC, a firm specializing in Strategy Development, Team Building, and Logistics Optimization.

Earlier in their career, Landrum held several key positions with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, including Chief Patrol Agent (CEO) and Deputy Chief Patrol Agent (COO). In these roles, they managed large budgets, national contracts, and implemented technology assets to enhance front-line operations. Carl also played a crucial role in resolving a major migration event without loss of life or serious injury.

Landrum's work experience also includes Division Chief, Patrol Agent in Charge, Assistant Commander - J3 Operations, Assistant Chief, and Supervisory Border Patrol Agent roles within the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Additionally, they have worked as the Chief of Staff at McChrystal Group, Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and served as a Special Agent at the Federal Air Marshal Service.
