Beto Moreno

Beto Moreno is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at Deel since July 2024, Beto previously held positions at Factorial as Product Director for both Talent Management and Core Platform, where responsibilities included scaling user experience and driving product strategy. Expertise in monetization initiatives was demonstrated at Adevinta Spain, while leadership in AI solutions was established at TAIGER. Earlier roles included senior product management and leadership positions at AREX Markets, Haufe Group, and Roca Sanitários. Beto holds multiple degrees, including a BSc and MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an MBA from EAE Business School, and additional qualifications in software product management and machine learning.
