Fernanda Viña is currently the People Operations at Deel. Fernanda has over 8 years of experience in global mobility compliance and individual income tax. Fernanda started their career as an intern in 2011 at Procesadora Regional. Fernanda then moved to Tenaris where they worked as a Global Mobility Compliance Senior Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for individual income tax and social security compliance for international assignees. Fernanda also coordinated the tax season and had frequent contact with tax advisors in more than 35 locations around the world. Fernanda has a proven track record in cost-effective income tax, social security, and immigration planning.
