Florent Marco currently serves as the Customer Onboarding Manager for Enterprises at Deel, a leading HR platform, since October 2024. Previously, Florent worked at Staizen as a Business Development Consultant from March 2020 to October 2024, focusing on UAE market entry and leading large-scale client projects. Florent also held roles as a Business Operations Lead at Staizen, spearheading operations in APAC and Europe, and was recognized for scaling teams and optimizing costs. At Mantu, from September 2017 to January 2020, Florent led market entry initiatives and drove significant client acquisition in the APAC region.
