Lucie Simco is currently a Sales Development Representative at Deel, having joined in October 2024. Previously, Lucie served as an Account Development Representative and Talent Acquisition Manager at Rose Rocket, a transportation management software platform. Before that, Lucie worked as a Talent Investor at Entrepreneur First, a leading technology talent fund, and held senior roles at Hired, Inc. as a Senior Talent Success Manager and Talent Success Manager. Lucie’s experience also includes serving as an Engagement Manager and Recruiter at Boost Agents Inc., as well as a Resource Manager at TalentNet Inc. Lucie holds a Human Resources Postgraduate Certificate from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen's University.
