Muaitaer Abulaiti

Muaitaer Abulaiti is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in U.S. immigration law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Deel since September 2022, Muaitaer previously held roles including Legal Counsel at Deel and Independent Attorney at Legalpad, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Deel. With a background as an Associate Immigration Attorney at Jeelani Law Firm, PLC, and experience at Ashenberg Law Group, P.C. and the Law Office of Michael Carlin PLLC, Muaitaer has developed a strong expertise in legal research, drafting memos, briefs, and legal opinions on diverse civil and criminal cases. Muaitaer holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from Penn State Law and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and English Literature from Shandong University, along with additional studies in International Law at Umeå University.
