Sarah Bardusk

Sarah Bardusk is an experienced sales professional specializing in global payroll solutions. Currently an Account Executive at Deel since August 2025, Sarah partners with small and mid-sized businesses to streamline their international hiring and payment processes. Prior to Deel, Sarah served as the founding Outbound Sales Development Representative for Remote's Global Payroll team, focusing on integrating payroll services across more than 70 countries. Sarah's background includes roles at Gusto as both an Outbound Sales Account Manager and an Inbound Sales Representative, as well as experience in treasury management at Horizon Bank. Sarah also held positions in inventory management at Whole Foods Market, legal office administration at Carpenter & Capt, and quality control at Fluor Corporation. Sarah graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2017.
