Umang P. is a skilled software engineer with experience in various technical roles and a strong background in software development. Currently employed at Deel since February 2024, Umang previously worked as a product engineer at Lyearn, where responsibilities included leading small teams to create an employee productivity platform from conception to delivery. Prior experience includes work at Juniper Networks as a software engineer focusing on VLAN/VxLAN and L3 Routing, managing lab devices, and developing a monitoring automation tool during an internship. Additionally, Umang contributed to the Debian project during the Google Summer of Code, updating essential Android SDK tools. Umang holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in ICT from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, completed in 2019.
