Theo Hobbs IV

Theo Hobbs IV, TRS, has extensive experience in the insurance and law enforcement sectors. Currently serving as a Client Advisor for Commercial Lines at Deeley Insurance Group since September 2019, Theo assists clients in closing coverage gaps and offers expert advice on enhancing transportation safety. Prior to this role, Theo was a Corporal in Commercial Vehicle Enforcement with the Maryland State Police from April 1996 to September 2019, where responsibilities included enforcing commercial vehicle regulations and conducting comprehensive safety inspections across various vehicle types, including hazardous materials and passenger vehicles.
