Andrew Waggoner

Andrew Waggoner is a seasoned professional in business development with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at DEEM, LLC since June 2023, Andrew has been involved with Associated Builders and Contractors as a Board Member since January 2021. Previously, Andrew held a pivotal position in business development at Ferguson Construction Co. from August 2018 to June 2023, focusing on client acquisition and market evaluation. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Development and Project Management Associate at Marubeni Plant Contractor Inc., and several positions in operations and public relations with the Indianapolis Colts and Total Quality Logistics. Andrew's early career included officiating high school baseball games for the IHSAA and contributing to the Indiana University Bloomington football program while earning a BS in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport Marketing & Management.
