Jim Moore

Jim Moore has extensive experience in facility engineering and controls advisory roles. Currently serving as a Controls Advisor at DEEM, LLC since June 2021, Jim specializes in programming building and refrigeration controls to optimize energy efficiency, particularly with Danfoss and Emerson/CPC systems. Prior to this, Jim worked at Kroger from April 2008 to June 2021, where roles included Lead Energy Maintenance Technician, responsible for energy-efficient refrigeration systems, and Area Mechanic, addressing day-to-day maintenance across five major grocery facilities with a focus on refrigeration and HVAC. Earlier in their career, Jim served in the US Navy from April 1990 to April 1996 as a Fire Control Technician, specializing in Sea Sparrow missile technology.
